Covenant Calls has the ability to do what many non-profits often cannot – due to competing demands on their time and resources. Covenant Calls assigns skilled Gift Planning Consultants and dedicates quality time to call, converse with, and qualify a pool of donors interested in making bequest gifts. Our Gift Planning Consultants conduct in-depth follow-up conversations to secure deeper interest and ultimately, commitments.
How the Program Works
To effectively serve as your organization’s “extra pair of hands,” to qualify, solicit and close bequest gifts, Covenant Calls provides the following calling services:
- We conduct in-depth training for our Gift Planning Consultants to ensure they represent the image and values of your organization and conduct all calls with expertise and professionalism.
- Gift Planning Consultants with extensive background and experience solicit and close gifts, working from lists of qualified prospects that have been previously identified.
- Gift Planning Consultants initiate stewardship activities directed towards members of your planned giving recognition society. This helps expand and strengthen stewardship of your leadership giving donors.
- Our Gift Planning Consultants also are able to incorporate new scripts, at your request, to engage prospects in conversations about other giving opportunities, including annual or major gifts.
